There are many parts of the returned transmission that we expect to be re-usable i.e. castings, ring & pinion, Main shaft etc so that it can rebuilt. The value we allocate to a part which is un-serviceable will be deducted from your deposit, and the difference refunded. Any of the items below found on inspection of the old core costs will also be deducted
Should you have ANY problems with our transmissions the following will apply.
Only the reported fault is repaired
6 months / 3000 miles from the date of our invoice, Mileage covered to be confirmed by installation invoice. Only labour and parts replaced will be covered. We will pay the costs of collection and redelivery but no labour contribution will be made.
with no performance upgrades , stock engine & installation All parts checked and replaced with good used or new as required
6 month / 3000 mile warranty from the date of our invoice. Mileage covered to be confirmed by installation invoice from installer and MOT certificates If the unit has to be returned to our works for repair / replacement we will pay reasonable labour costs (to be agreed beforehand) for the removal and refitting We will also arrange collection and redelivery FOC
Fast Road / Strip transmissions will be covered by our warranty of 12 months or 6000 miles from the date of our invoice and we will accept fair strip usage. Mileage to be confirmed by installation invoice from your installer. and MOT certificates. If the unit has to be returned to our works for repair / replacement we will arrange collection and redelivery FOC. Due to the potentially more complex installation we will only contribute reasonable labour costs (to be agreed beforehand) for the removal and refitting in a stock installation
Full Race / Strip transmissions will be covered for a full season (excluding race damage) and will continue year on year providing at the end of each season the transmission is returned to our works for a full chargeable check over.
